Dawn Marie started her career for CBS Television Network in 1985. Dawn Marie began in On-Air Media Promotions as per Diem and was hired full-time. In 1988, she was offered a job at the Disney Channel, where she started scheduling On-Air. She stayed at Disney Channel for precisely one year before being offered a management job at CBS in the same department where she had first started. Dawn Marie was promoted to Associate Director and then promoted to Director. That promotion included handling all Off-Air Media and Marketing for CBS Network. Dawn Marie was then promoted to Director and dealt with all Network Cable/Radio for all Primetime/Late Night shows that CBS bought to promote prime-time. Dawn Marie scheduled all VOD, Streaming Radio, Airplanes, Cruise, etc. Anything with a television screen that promotes CBS Prime/Day/Late Night shows. Dawn Marie's entire tenure worked with some 232 owned and operated radio stations, giving them an on-air radio schedule during each sweep period and fall launch season. Dawn Marie worked and scheduled all Media Trades with CBS's partners. When CBS was merged with Viacom, thousands, including Dawn Marie, were given a package to leave. Dawn Marie considers her best years working with Jay Curtis, CBS's lifeguard for CBS. Dawn Marie went to many shoots at CBS with Jay Curtis and learned a lot, which is why Dawn Marie opened up a Talent Management Company of her own in 2014 while still working at CBS.

Matt Rasku is a director, cinematographer and all around filmmaker. He brings each element of his film expertise into crafting beautiful self tape auditions, slate shots and reels.
He collaborates with his clients to discover what their essence is so that it can show up on camera. As an actor as well, he is someone that knows the process and can effectively communicate thoughts and ideas to capture the most authentic and organic takes.
